Terms of Service

1. The Service
The FlexOrch platform provided by Flexorch Technology processes unstructured documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT) to produce machine-learning-ready structured datasets. By accepting these Terms, starting a subscription, using an API key, or otherwise accessing the platform, you become a party to this agreement.
2. Account and API Key
Your API key provides full access to your account. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and preventing unauthorised use. If you suspect your key has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected]. Flexorch accepts no liability for damages arising from unauthorised use of your key.
3. Pricing and Subscription
- Current pricing is published at flexorch.com/pricing.
- The trial subscription is free for 30 days. At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to the selected plan unless cancelled.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; past charges are non-refundable.
- Credit consumption can be monitored in real time in your account.
4. Prohibited Use
- Processing third-party personal data without a valid legal basis.
- Conducting load attacks, exploits, or abuse against the service.
- Distributing malware or unlawful content.
- Any action that violates applicable law.
5. Data Processing Roles
The Customer is the data controller under applicable law for any personal data contained in uploaded documents and warrants that it has a valid legal basis for such processing. Flexorch acts solely as a data processor for such data, operating exclusively on the Customer's instructions.
6. International Data Transfer
To deliver the service, personal data is processed on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The parties acknowledge that this transfer is carried out in compliance with KVKK Article 9 standard contractual clauses and applicable data protection board decisions.
7. Data Deletion
Customer data is irreversibly deleted within 90 days of subscription termination. To request deletion before the subscription ends, contact [email protected].
8. Service Continuity
Flexorch may temporarily suspend the service for scheduled maintenance or technical updates. Customers will be notified by email for outages exceeding 24 hours.
9. Limitation of Liability
Flexorch's maximum liability for any dispute is limited to the amount paid in the relevant billing period. Flexorch accepts no liability for data loss, lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
